Develop multi-year organizational designs, including agile resourcing, succession and development plans that ensure long and short-term success while maximize effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Conduct HR due diligence for technology and business process outsourcing; including request for proposal (RFP) development, vendor selection, negotiation, change management, retention, redeployment, integration and implementation resulting in significant savings and reduction of staff costs.
Perform HR strategic analysis in assessing new opportunities to determine deal structuring and/or termination as part of mergers & acquisitions team.
