Fina Currenti founded Redstone in 2006 and is currently the principal of the company. She has been an innovative Human Resources leader with the highest level integrity and commitment to delivering on business and HR initiatives that drive results globally for the past 20 years. She is a strategic business partner with proven ability to implement transformations in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in industrial psychology, human relations and organizational behavior she is a member of SHRM and New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group. Active in the community as a Board Member of Seedlings International and working with youth programs such as Girls Scouts and coaching Little League.
